Getting to Know Arlo Pro 3 and Arlo Ultra
Another addition to all tech geeks out there! Arlo has released two new editions and they are jam-packed with the best and newest features that you can get which the old ones do not have. Both provide simple usage and an impressive additional home security with a highly improved technical system. Arlo Pro and Arlo Ultra introduce the new way of surveillance while homeowners sit comfortably at home.
These two, although still the same on its release, have different systems and applications. Aside from getting extended cloud storage and an HD video – these two additions are creating vast tech-noise. And people are trying to figure out which one to choose. For those who want to know their differences, check it out here:
Arlo Pro 3
The first on the list is the Arlo Pro 3. It’s home security that records videos in 2K HDR. The system is compatible with any Arlo hubs. It has an Arlo Smart subscription for 3 months, which means that users can get to create a cloud activity zone and, of course, the storage. It also provides an extended slot for security cameras that you can hook up and install easily.
The battery charge time is 3.5 hours over cable—a built-in microphone with noise and echo cancellation feature which records audio in the surrounding environment. And 138-degree horizontal detection for single motion. What’s best about it is that it’s Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant ready.
Arlo Ultra
The other addition of the Arlo tech is the Arlo Ultra. It records a 4K HDR with a dual microphone that has noise and wind cancellation. The Arlo Ultra has a 180-degree turn and a double motion detector through a 150-degree horizontal view. Just like Pro 3, the Arlo 3 is also Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant ready.
The Arlo Ultra still bested Pro 3 in most ways. Both have a 2 TB storage capability, but the Ultra offers a one-year subscription for memory storage for a higher resolution of the video recordings in comparison with Pro 3. Another thing to note is that Ultra 3 has a dual motion detector versus the Pro has a single motion.
The Amazon Alex and Google Assistant ready is by far the best feature when setting up your Arlo cameras. On the off chance that you need to check out the recordings as caught by your home security.
